Hamburg

After a long flight, Hamburg welcomed me with perfect weather. Could relax a
full day just in my house and getting ready for tomorrow. I will fly first
to Milano. There Edvan, Sasa and Chico will wait for me. Then we will travel
together with Gianluca and Franco to Bologna.
There we will have a little dinner and maybe a little birthday party. Then
on Saturday we will move on to Sardinia. On Sardinia we will have a training
camp for 10 days and then go to our first event in Austria.
Edvan, Chico and Sasa will join all my trips the upcoming 5 month. We will
go together to every training, competitions etc.
The full trip is sponsored by Pousada Windjeri. I will keep updating my blog
as much as possible.

The last weeks i have been on maui. We had quite good conditions. Besides some sailing i mainly focused on filming. 2 month ago we started a new dvd project. Involved are Peter Svensson (Director of Movie), Sebastian Dörr (Editor of Extras), Marcilio Browne, Victor Fernadez, Gollito and myself.

The movie will be called Four Dimensions and should be in all shops by the end of this summer.

I am now sitting on San Fransisco Airport waiting for my flight home. I will spend my birthday in Hamburg and the leave on friday to Italia. Here i will go straight into my next project. This year i will take care of Chico Bento, Edvan and Sasa. The 3 Brasilian Kids are well known for there high level. Pousada Windjeri offered this 3 lucky guys a trip around Europe to visit all the contests.

Sometimes it is funny to be behind the camera. Here you can see Marcilio Brown BRA-105 getting a bit closer than planned during an air chachoo.
Once, I was at my house to capture allthe footage and I saw the actual clip - I was almost shocked! Helmet recommended!

Wind!

Today we had the first day of good conditions here in El Yaque. I was on my Ice 5.0 and Skate 98. All in all I had 2 nice hours on the water. The forecast looks also very good for the upcoming week so I hope we get some good training conditions. Igor (Rus-11) and Phil (Can-9) were also on the water. Both riders improved a lot during the winter so it looks like the level will be high again on the euro and world cup tour.

Here is a new Move from Gollito made in Jeri (November 08). What should it

Hello from CV!

1 week ago windguru showed a perfect forecast for the upcoming days. I spoke
to Marcilio Brown BRA-105 and he said he had one of his best sailing ever. So i urgently booked a flight for Barne Peter to film the action. One day later he was on
the island and scored the rest of the swell period. Marcilio wrote me yesterday: "Hi Andre, we had 2 really good days. 1 in Ponta Preta and 1 in little Hookipa. I culd land a few Goiters back to the wave and made the best Air Taka of my life. Barne catched all action on cam!"
This footage will be part of a bigger DVD which will come out during this year.

Raining and new Project

I am now since 1.5 weeks here in El Yaque. Still not like expected. Most
days a bit of wind but still lots of rain. Time for me to prepare my next
Video.
This time from Jeri. The editing process is already finished. Editor once
again was Sebastian Dörr and i think he did a good job.
Also the riders did well. Gollito shows 5 NEW moves, Marcilio gets the first
taste of his new gear and i am behind the camera (mostly). Check out the
full movie called "Samba" on the 9th of March!

After half the world is setting up there blogs i thought i should have one
as well.
I hope i do better then with my website witch is everything else then up to
date.
